Francesco Mastrogiovanni, 10, shares the speech he gave at the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology gala in October. He describes the life-changing experience of being an OIT patient in a clinical trial for peanut allergy at McMaster University. It was led by Dr. Susan Waserman. Today, Francesco, shown with his sister, takes a daily peanut dose to maintain desensitization.
