In this video, food allergy blogger Amanda Orlando shows us how to make an ever-so-easy homemade oat milk. It’s healthy, food allergy-friendly, dairy-free, vegan, Top 9-free and gluten-free (when you use certified GF oats). And did we mention, simply delicious?
First Amanda shows us how to make a plain, dairy-free oat milk. Then she presents how to flavor it and re-blend to create a choice of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry oat milk. And lastly, she shows us that this milk is also perfect for hot beverages. Strawberry-tinged latte, anyone?
Her oat milk is stored in the fridge, and can be kept for 3 to 4 days in an airtight container (see 6:20 on the video). Enjoy!
